 SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES Did you know it costs more for us to ship something to you than just the cost of the postage? There's the box or envelope, packing materials, and the time involved. That's why the word "shipping" is always followed by "handling." But you know what? For orders within the United States, BTTF.com offers FREE SHIPPING on every purchase above $88.00! No hidden catches (unless if what you order is really big or extremely heavy). SALES TAX At this time, the only folks who have to be concerned about paying sales tax to us are individuals and organizations who are located in Alabama. If your organization is a 501(c)3 corporation, we'll need proof of your tax-free status (that is, your tax-exempt ID number). RETURNS At BTTF.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. On the other hand, there are a few dishonest folks running around out there (not you, of course), who force us to protect ourselves. So here are the rules: Our Mistake What? We sent you the wrong item? That's completely our fault. As soon as you let us know of the error, we'll send you the right item, right away, at no cost to you. Defective Merchandise It is our intent to be so diligent about our business as to never ship you any defective merchandise. But sometimes, even under the most careful scrutiny, bad ones get through. If you get your order and any part of it is defective, we'll ship you a replacement at no charge. Of course, you'll have to send us the defective item and pay the return postage so we can verify that something is wrong before we send your new one out to you. Your Mistake As much as we like you, we can't be responsible for your errors. You can return an item you ordered by mistake, but you'll have to pay the return postage. In addition, we all know CDs and DVDs can be copied (even though we also know you wouldn't do such a thing) and therefore we can only accept UNOPENED returns of CDs and DVDs for credit (less 20% restocking charge) -- no refunds. You must receive authorization to return anything so please contact us before you put your return in the mail. Email us your information (name, order no., and return contact info). Well get back to you as soon as we can. OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF This is the place where we address anything else related to ordering that hasn't already been discussed or is of enough importance to repeat. Right now, nothing goes here. |
