Nicely sized die-cast Time machine from Back To The Future. Very STURDY, very accurate plutonium chamber and lightning rod of any other models! to scale to display with BTTF Minimates and Kubricks firgures. Has no door windows :(

Welly has done it again.
First I buy the stock DeLorean in 1:24 scale and become really amazed over the quality.
Now i get the BTTF version, and it is GREAT!

Everything you would expect to find in the real BTTF DeLorean is in place. And by that I mean everything from the small keypad by the time circuits to the plutonium reactor in the back.
And of course the interior and exterior is great!

The flux capactitor is in place on the inside, as well as the lightning hook used to send Marty back to 1985 on the outside (of course that is removable).

The car comes in a nice box that features a Twin Pines Mall diorama from the beginning.

If you sit down on the floor and somehow manage to push this thing up to 88 miles per hour, you are probably gonna see some SERIOUS ****. ;-)

Highly recommended!

I purchased this diecast model on a recommendation from Minimates HQ.

Its a very sturdy car, not fragile at all except for maybe the mirrors on the doors and the flux-antenna, so no worries there.

The sculpt and paint job on the exterior of the DeLorean is fantastic but the inside is less detailed and painted but is pretty accurate none-the-less.

The rolling rubber wheels are a huge plus as well.

Now for the things I don't like. The lack of windows in the gull-wing doors is dissapointing and the hinge on the driver's side door is loose.

As for the upcoming BttF minimates and how they fit in this: They can't really. Their legs are too thick to fit into either seat or their head is too high. There is one solution to this: If you take off the minimates legs, they fit perfectly into their seats so all is not lost.

In the end, I highly recommend this model. Great sculpting and very durable not to mention nearly to scale with the BttF minimates. Great job, Welly!

When I ordered this, I figured it would just be a cheapy thing that looked like the BTTF DeLorean car from the movie. When it arrived, I was shocked at two things..

A) How quick it got here.

B) How nice it was given the price. I expected some cheap piece of crap given that it's a $15 toy, but it was surprisingly good quality!

It had a georgeous box, which I know some collectors will care about, but I didn't - I wanted the CAR, not a toy to sit in a box. It feels solid when I hold it, and when it rolls on the desk - yeah it rolls, a lot of these car toys don't roll for some reason.

The quality here is superb, even if I had paid twice the price, but the quality, the price, and the extremely fast service I received make this a must buy if you're a fan of the movie!

Had to admitt I was wondering about the quality for that price..

No need to worry, it's beautiful, detailed and a great deal, even for twice the amount they ask for it!!!!

I am disappointed with the DeLorean I received,it is not the same as pictured,
as a matter of fact,the paint job such as the black front of car and rear of car is silver.
I was very impressed with the look of the display picture,but I didn't receive that car,I received a lesser quality car.
I compared the pictured car to what I have.... Many things like color paint,etc...
Sorry,I'm not happy with this product.
Change the advertising picture,or tell people you will get a product that somewhat resembles this car!

I just received the above replica for BTFF part 1. I ordered on Friday and it arrived on Monday! It is a terrific value for somethng with great detail. i love it.
