I loved the size of the DeLorean. The size is huge compared to my other Welly cars.
However, being a diehard fan, the lever of accuracy is not very high. The 5 major mistakes are probably because the model was based on the Sunstar version.
1. The wires on the side go to the back of the car instead of going to the side behind the doors.
2. The car seems to be of only one colour instead of the front and back portions being a darker gray.
3. The flux boxes are not detailed despite the size. (Welly could mould the part almost correctly)
4. The plutonium chamber is too flat compared to the movie. (This is most probably because they want to save costs by just replacing it with Mr. Fusion for part II versions)
5.The car's undercarriage uses Part II's version ( This probably explains why the box is labelled Part II instead of part I)
In any case, the model is beautiful, the sounds allow you to experience favourite movie parts, and any fan who isn't diehard like myself would love it.

hi i'm a 10 yrs old bttf enthusiast.i was rly exited when i got it . i've heard great reveiws before. i got my delorean a long time ago acualy.it was very accurate, and the only difference was that the time machine's front and wheels, did not have the DMC logo on it.I really love this replica, and my astro boy fits perfectly.

this is a great peice and i highly recomend it to any bttf fan/collector. everything is done to speck and i'v never been happier with a bttf piece. also..in case anyone is interested in the replica of the part 2 car it is also avilable at bttf.com. the future is now!

This car is absolutely phenomenal! The lights and sounds really bring life to it and the amount of detail is amazing. Not to mention how big it is compared to my other 1:18 die cast cars. I would really recommend this to any die hard BTTF fan. Definitely a must-buy.
